1. Digital content

The guide is delivered immediately. At checkout you agree to immediate access, which ends the 14-day cancellation right for digital content.

2. Faulty or missing files

If a file is missing, corrupted or does not match the plan you bought, tell us within 30 days and we will fix it or replace it. If we cannot, we will refund you.

3. How to ask

Email support@obsiryn.store or use the contact form with your order code and a short description of the problem. We reply within 2 working days.

4. Before a payment dispute

Please contact us first. Most problems are fixed quickly, and a chargeback can delay the fix.
